2 May 2008 - Bike-it Breakfast

Over 100 cycling students thronged the school playground at 8am this morning as the school held a 'Bike-it Breakfast' event.

'Dr Bike' - a bike engineer did running repairs, the local Community Police officers security coded bikes and (of course) breakfast was served!

In addition to this there was arts and crafts and a bike related raffle for all those who'd cycled in.

But whilst the playground was a-buzz, another place was strangely quiet? Memorial road was quieter than usual and the school driveway (usually choked with cars) seems, again, strangely peaceful.

So come on Christ Church - let's make this a habit!
