14 Mar 2008 - WORLD BOOK DAY 2008

The school was invaded today by book characters of all shapes and sizes!

 

From Harry Potter and the Worst Witch to Goldilocks and Funny Bones - the school was alive with books and plots, characters and drama. The whole day was given over to book related activities with children moving from class to class discovering different author's and stories in each.

 

 

As you can see, the children went to quite some effort...

 

 

 

 

The day ended with a special assembly, where a dodgy looking pirate awarded prizes for the best costumes...
