Y5/6 turn their hands to engineering!

The children in Y5/6 have been solving engineering problems.

They had what at first seemed the simple task of designing a housing estate for 20 houses. However, they soon had to grapple with the problems of creating a space where people would want to live, considering access and amenities.

As you can see from the pictures below, we have some budding town planners.

Not to mention a few civil engineers!
